Founded by Peter Skipworth and Mark Englehardt, SEAMS was born out of a high profile research programme focused on the delivery of Whole Life Costing solutions to meet the requirements placed on the UK water industry for the 2004 price review.
SEAMS has since gained and sustained considerable success – having achieved market leader status in the supply of decision support technology to the UK Water industry.
SEAMS is now actively engaged with the other primary public utility markets, including electricity, gas and oil and transportation sectors.
