Over the course of 2009 SEAMS have continually worked with clients to ensure that they get the best results from their asset investment planning solutions. SEAMS has put together training packages specifically aimed at empowering clients with the ability to get the most out of the WiLCO suite of software. The key development was the introduction of OrCA (Organisational Capability Assessment), a training programme that offers the opportunity to become intimately acquainted with the processes which support the use of WiLCO, from data collection and assessment, through performance modelling, to a detailed understanding of the WiLCO model building process and beyond.
